Als Werkvoorbereider Service ben je verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding van uiteenlopende serviceprojecten binnen de drinkwater en afvalwatersector. Je zorgt ervoor dat werkzaamheden veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning kunnen worden uitgevoerd. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Voorbereiden van kleinere en kortcyclische serviceprojecten - Meedenken in offerteaanvragen, technische oplossingen en uitvoeringsmethoden - Opstellen, beheren en bewaken van projectplanningen - Coördineren van inkooptrajecten en beoordelen van offertes - Afstemmen met leveranciers, onderaannemers en projectpartners - Voorbereiden van werkpakketten voor uitvoering - Opstellen en beheren van werkplannen, kwaliteitsdocumenten en VGM-documentatie - Signaleren en beheersen van projectrisico's - Verzorgen en beheren van projectdocumentatie - Ondersteunen van projectleiders bij meer en minderwerk - Onderhouden van contact met klanten, leveranciers en onderaannemers - Actief bijdragen aan veiligheid, kwaliteit en procesverbeteringen Je werkt in een omgeving waarin geen dag hetzelfde is. Projecten kunnen technisch, civiel, werktuigbouwkundig of multidisciplinair van aard zijn. Daardoor is het belangrijk dat je breed kunt kijken, snel kunt schakelen en praktisch meedenkt over de beste aanpak. Wat breng je mee? Je bent een werkvoorbereider met technisch inzicht en een goed ontwikkeld organisatorisch vermogen. Je werkt gestructureerd, denkt vooruit en weet overzicht te houden in een dynamische serviceomgeving. Daarbij ben je in staat om klantvragen, techniek, planning en uitvoering goed met elkaar te verbinden. Je hoeft niet per se een werktuigbouwkundige achtergrond te hebben.
