Je bent de rechterhand van de projectleider en zorgt dat plannen, mensen en middelen samenkomen. - Je maakt planningen en bereidt de uitvoering technisch zorgvuldig voor. - Je stemt bouwkundige, constructieve en installatietechnische werkzaamheden op elkaar af. - Je verzorgt tekeningen, werkdocumenten en informatie voor het uitvoeringsteam. - Je bereidt de inkoop voor en bewaakt kosten, voortgang en kwaliteit. - Je onderhoudt contact met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en partners en werkt doelgericht aan oplossingen. Functie-eisen Je brengt overzicht in complexe projecten en weet betrokken partijen op een professionele manier mee te nemen. Met aandacht voor de opdrachtgever, oog voor detail en een praktische aanpak houd je het werk in beweging. - Een afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding Bouwkunde. - 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring als werkvoorbereider bij een aannemer of bouwbedrijf. - Ervaring met onderhoud en renovatie; utiliteitsbouw is een pluspunt. - Je kunt plannen, organiseren en zelfstandig prioriteiten stellen. - Je communiceert overtuigend, werkt prettig samen en bewaakt afspraken nauwkeurig.
