Functiebeschrijving Als Werkvoorbereider Service en Onderhoud zorg je dat servicemonteurs goed voorbereid op pad gaan en dat onderhoudswerkzaamheden soepel worden uitgevoerd. Jij houdt overzicht over planning, materialen, werkzaamheden en klantafspraken. Wat ga je doen? Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen de klant, servicemonteurs en de technische organisatie. Vanuit de werkvoorbereiding zorg je ervoor dat service- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden efficiënt worden georganiseerd en dat monteurs beschikken over de juiste informatie en materialen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Voorbereiden en plannen van service- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan gebouwgebonden installaties; - Coördineren van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden van servicemonteurs; - Inplannen van monteurs op basis van urgentie, beschikbare capaciteit en benodigde expertise; - Bestellen van materialen en bewaken van de beschikbaarheid hiervan; - Controleren van werkbonnen, rapportages en administratieve afhandeling; - Contact onderhouden met klanten, monteurs en leveranciers over de voortgang van werkzaamheden; - Signaleren van meerwerk, technische knelpunten en mogelijkheden om onderhoud slimmer en efficiënter uit te voeren. Je werkt vanuit de planning en voorbereiding, maar staat dicht bij de uitvoering. Daardoor weet je wat er op locatie speelt en kun je snel schakelen wanneer een onderhoudsopdracht anders verloopt dan vooraf verwacht. Functie-eisen Je bent een organisatorisch sterke professional die graag de technische voorbereiding van service- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden goed regelt. Je houdt overzicht, communiceert makkelijk met verschillende partijen en weet prioriteiten te stellen wanneer de planning verandert. Verder breng je mee: - Mbo+ of hbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting installatietechniek, werktuigbouwkunde of elektrotechniek; - Ervaring als werkvoorbereider, servicecoördinator of in een vergelijkbare technische functie; - Affiniteit met gebo...
