Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze projecten vlekkeloos van start gaan. Bij Smeva Koeling ben jij als Werkvoorbereider Koeltechniek binnen de afdeling Service & Onderhoud verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding en coördinatie van onderhouds- en servicewerkzaamheden. Dankzij jouw technische kennis, organisatorisch talent en klantgerichte instelling zorgen we ervoor dat onze klanten altijd kunnen rekenen op betrouwbare service en goed functionerende koelinstallaties. Jouw rol: Als Werkvoorbereider Koeltechniek in de afdeling Service & Onderhoud zorg jij ervoor dat onderhoudsbeurten, reparaties en storingen efficiënt en tijdig worden uitgevoerd. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het plannen, voorbereiden en coördineren van servicewerkzaamheden voor koel- en vriesinstallaties en koelmeubelen bij onze klanten. Wat ga je doen? - Plannen en coördineren van preventief en correctief onderhoud voor koeltechnische installaties - Controleren van technische tekeningen, schema's en servicegegevens op volledigheid en juistheid - Inkopen en bestellen van onderdelen en materialen voor onderhoud en reparaties, met oog voor kwaliteit en levertijden - Afstemmen met service monteurs, klanten en leveranciers om een soepele uitvoering te waarborgen - Bewaken van de planning en voortgang van onderhouds- en servicewerkzaamheden - Verwerken van servicegegevens in ons ERP-systeem (Syntess Atrium) - Signaleren van terugkerende problemen en aandragen van praktische oplossingen om de betrouwbaarheid van installaties te verbeteren - Ondersteunen bij noodgevallen, zoals acute storingen, om de downtime voor klanten te minimaliseren Wat breng jij mee? - Afgeronde mbo-4 opleiding, bij voorkeur in de richting koeltechniek, installatietechniek, werktuigbouwkunde of vergelijk...
