Als Werkvoorbereider Service Pompen ben jij de spil tussen de klant, de planning en de monteurs in het veld. Je zorgt ervoor dat elk serviceproject technisch en logistiek perfect is voorbereid, zodat de monteurs efficiënt en veilig hun werk kunnen uitvoeren. Je werkt nauw samen met de serviceafdeling, de planning, inkoop en de eigen productiefaciliteit. Jouw technische kennis en organisatorische vaardigheden zorgen ervoor dat onderhoud, revisies en storingen aan pompen en installaties vlekkeloos verlopen. Je krijgt de kans om te werken aan uitdagende projecten in diverse sectoren, van gebouwentechniek tot industriële toepassingen. Denk aan drukverhogingsinstallaties in grote gebouwen, proceswatersystemen in de industrie en afvalwateroplossingen in de utiliteitsbouw. Doordat de organisatie beschikt over een eigen productiefaciliteit, heb je altijd directe toegang tot technische expertise en onderdelen. Dit maakt jouw werk niet alleen efficiënter, maar ook technisch interessanter. Daarnaast krijg je volop ruimte om door te groeien binnen de organisatie. Je kunt je ontwikkelen richting een rol als Projectleider Service of Technisch Specialist, afhankelijk van jouw ambities en interesses. De organisatie investeert actief in de ontwikkeling van haar medewerkers door middel van opleidingen, trainingen en certificeringen. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Technisch voorbereiden van service- en onderhoudsprojecten aan pompen en installaties; - Opstellen van werkplannen, materiaallijsten en technische specificaties; - Coördineren van onderdelen en materialen in samenwerking met inkoop en de eigen productie; - Afstemmen met klanten over de planning en uitvoering van werkzaamheden; - Ondersteunen van monteurs met technische informatie en tekeningen; - Bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid en planning tijdens de voorbereiding; - Registreren en archi
