Werkvoorbereider Services Rijswijk 40 uur MBO Wat ga je doen? Ben je net hbo-afgestudeerd of ben je een ervaren werkvoorbereider en op zoek naar een mooie uitdaging binnen de installatietechniek? Dan is de rol van Werkvoorbereider Services binnen Kropman een mooie kans voor jou. Als Werkvoorbereider Services ben je de schakel tussen monteurs, de contractmanager en de klant(en). Daarnaast draag je zorg voor het bewaken van de montage- en uitvoeringswerkzaamheden. Je gaat aan de slag met de volgende werkzaamheden: - Het doorspreken van de onderhoudsplanning en storingen met de contractmanager; - Het onderhouden van contacten met klanten, onderaannemers en leveranciers; - Het opstellen van planningen, deeltaken, urenbewaking en materiaalvoorziening; - Het bezoeken van klantlocaties; - Het signaleren en opstellen van meer- en minderwerk; - De afhandeling van serviceorders, zodat deze gefactureerd kunnen worden. Je voert deze taken uit voor onder andere ziekenhuizen, industriële bedrijven, overheidsinstanties en onderwijsinstellingen. Al met al zorg je voor een gestructureerde en georganiseerde aanpak, waardoor de kwaliteit en efficiëntie van de dienstverlening wordt gewaarborgd.
