Wat ga je doen? - Als Werkvoorbereider Services WTB ben jij de spil tussen klant, buitendienst, leveranciers en collega's op kantoor. Je werkt voor een serviceafdeling in de regio Den Haag waar dagelijks meerdere storingen, onderhoudswerkzaamheden en kleinere projecten lopen. In deze rol zorg jij ervoor dat het werk goed voorbereid is en de uitvoering zonder onnodige vertraging kan plaatsvinden. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - het inplannen en coördineren van servicewerkzaamheden, storingen, onderhoud en kleine klussen; - het aansturen en ondersteunen van monteurs in de buitendienst; - het aanvragen van werkvergunningen; - het opstellen van offertes voor kleinere werkzaamheden; - het uitzetten van werk bij derden en leveranciers; - het bestellen van materialen; - het verwerken van werkorders, planning en administratie in Planon; - het bewaken van voortgang, prioriteiten en terugkoppeling; - het verzorgen van duidelijke documentatie richting klanten en collega's. In deze functie is geen dag hetzelfde. Je schakelt snel, bewaart rust in een dynamische omgeving en zorgt ervoor dat techniek en planning goed op elkaar aansluiten. Wat verwachten wij? - Voor deze functie zoeken wij een kandidaat die zich herkent in het volgende profiel: - je hebt ervaring als werkvoorbereider, servicecoördinator, planner of in een vergelijkbare technische rol; - je hebt affiniteit met werktuigbouwkundige installaties of installatietechniek; - je bent sterk in plannen, organiseren en schakelen tussen verschillende werkzaamheden; - je communiceert helder en professioneel in het Nederlands; - je kunt goed overweg met administratieve processen en digitale systemen; - je bent beschikbaar om op locatie in Den Haag te werken; - je beschikt over een geldig VCA-certificaat.
