Als Werkvoorbereider Sport begeleid je projecten van de eerste schets tot en met de realisatie voor gemeenten, verenigingen en sportorganisaties. Je ziet toe op de technische kwaliteit en adviseert opdrachtgevers en collega's vanuit jouw vakkennis. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Ontwerpen en technisch uitwerken van sportvelden en sportaccommodaties; - Opstellen van beheer- en onderhoudsplannen, RAW-bestekken en ramingen; - Uitvoeren van schouwen, analyses en technische beoordelingen op locatie; - Adviseren over klimaatadaptieve, circulaire en vernieuwende oplossingen; - Coördineren van uitvoeringstrajecten en toezien op planning, kwaliteit en kosten. Functie-eisen Je kijkt technisch naar vraagstukken, werkt zorgvuldig en bewaart het overzicht wanneer verschillende belangen en planningen bij elkaar komen. Je legt opdrachtgevers helder uit wat er speelt en neemt inhoudelijk het voortouw. Complexe vraagstukken weet je om te zetten in praktische oplossingen die gericht zijn op resultaat. - Hbo-werk- en denkniveau, bijvoorbeeld in civiele techniek, cultuurtechniek of sporttechniek; - 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring met werkvoorbereiding, sport, infra of civieltechnische projecten; - Ervaring met RAW-bestekken, ramingen, beheerplannen en technische uitwerkingen; - Interesse in klimaatadaptatie, circulariteit en nieuwe toepassingen binnen de sport; - Bereidheid om zelfstandig locaties te bezoeken en contact te onderhouden met verschillende opdrachtgevers.
