Jij verbindt techniek, planning en mensen en maakt met jouw voorbereiding zichtbaar verschil voor klanten, monteurs en projectteams. Je ondersteunt de servicecoördinatoren en stemt zorgvuldig af met projectleiders, uitvoerders, engineers, klanten en leveranciers. Met initiatief, empathie en een scherp oog voor kwaliteit houd je overzicht en zorg je dat werkzaamheden veilig, efficiënt en volgens afspraak worden uitgevoerd. - Je maakt werkplanningen en coördineert monteurs, materialen, materieel en externe partijen. - Je bestelt materialen en verwerkt werkbonnen, rapportages en certificaten nauwkeurig. - Je maakt calculaties, werkt RVO-rapportages uit en stelt offertes en onderhoudscontracten op. - Je onderhoudt klantcontact, licht oplossingen overtuigend toe en bewaakt gemaakte afspraken. - Je controleert onderhoudsrapportages en ziet toe op normering, regelgeving en resultaat. Functie-eisen Je hebt ervaring met werkvoorbereiding binnen de installatietechniek, werktuigbouwkunde of sprinklertechniek en weet hoe je verschillende belangen bij elkaar brengt. Je werkt planmatig, denkt vooruit en blijft ook bij wijzigingen gericht op een passende oplossing. Zo draag je bij aan betrouwbare dienstverlening en een prettige samenwerking. - Afgeronde mbo-3-opleiding in een technische richting. - Drie tot vijf jaar relevante ervaring als werkvoorbereider of binnen installatietechniek. - Kennis van sprinklertechniek, bijvoorbeeld VSI-B, of ervaring als aankomend sprinklertechnicus. - Technisch inzicht, ervaring met contractvormen en bouwr...
