Als werkvoorbereider staalbouw begin je bij jouw nieuwe werkgever met de nieuwbouw van een complex project in de industriegebouw. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de ruwbouw waar veelal gewerkt wordt met beton en staal. Als werkvoorbereider regel jij alles omtrent de betonconstructies, staalconstructie & gevelbekleding, kistsystemen, betonmengsels en de uiteraard de wapening. Het is aan jou om dit zo efficiënt mogelijk te organiseren en dit binnen de gestelde kaders op het gebied van veiligheid, tijd, kwaliteit en financiën. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Ervaring als zelfstandig werkvoorbereider en bekend met ruwbouw - In het bezit van een mbo en/of hbo Bouwkunde diploma - Het is een groot project, dus het is belangrijk dat je goed kan communiceren en samenwerken - Ervaring met BIM is gewenst, geen pré. - Je staat open voor een training BIM indien je hier nog geen ervaring in hebt Functieoverzicht .
