Bij Perfact krijg je de ruimte om jouw expertise in te zetten binnen technische projecten en onderhoudsvraagstukken die ertoe doen. Functie Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding en beheersing van complexe onderhouds- en projectwerkzaamheden binnen industriële installaties. Daarbij ben je een inhoudelijke sparringpartner voor opdrachtgevers, collega's en uitvoerende teams. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: Opstellen en beoordelen van complexe werkpakketten Beheersen van planning, kosten, kwaliteit en veiligheid Voorbereiden van onderhoudsstops en technische projecten Signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten en risico's, initiëren van verbeterpotentie Adviseren van opdrachtgevers en projectteams Bijdragen aan verbeteringen binnen onderhoudsprocessen Functie-eisen - Je hebt een mbo-4 of hbo-opleiding richting Werktuigbouwkunde, Mechanical Engineering of vergelijkbaar. - Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als Werkvoorbereider gericht op static equipment (leidingwerk, warmtewisselaars, drukvaten, torens etc.) - Je beschikt over ruime kennis van werktuigbouwkundige installaties, onderhoudsprocessen en projectmatige werkzaamheden. - Je bent technisch sterk, werkt gestructureerd en behoudt overzicht in complexe situaties. - Je schakelt gemakkelijk met verschillende stakeholders, bent een inhoudelijke gesprekspartner voor opdrachtgevers en collega's en neemt eigenaarschap voor het eindresultaat.
