Voor een vooruitstrevend bedrijf in de omgeving van Zwolle zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Werkvoorbereider Technische Dienst. Dit bedrijf is een belangrijke speler in de technische sector en staat bekend om zijn innovatieve aanpak en groeipotentieel. In deze rol ben je de spil in het web van de technische dienst. Je plant en coördineert de activiteiten en zorgt ervoor dat alles volgens plan verloopt, met een salaris dat kan oplopen tot €4.600 bruto per maand. Functieomschrijving Als Werkvoorbereider Technische Dienst ben je verantwoordelijk voor het plannen en coördineren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden, zowel preventief als correctief. Je werkt nauw samen met monteurs en externe specialisten om ervoor te zorgen dat alle technische activiteiten efficiënt en effectief worden uitgevoerd. Je bent niet alleen bezig met de dagelijkse planning, maar ook met het analyseren van storingen, het begeleiden van projecten en het inkopen van materialen. Daarnaast ben je een belangrijke sparringpartner voor het team en bied je ondersteuning waar nodig. Wat je gaat doen: - Plannen en voorbereiden van onderhoudsactiviteiten in overleg met het Hoofd Technische Dienst. - Registreren en analyseren van onderhoudshistorie en storingen om processen te optimaliseren. - Leiden van projecten en zorgen voor een soepele uitvoering met alle betrokken partijen. - Ondersteunen en adviseren van monteurs bij technische vraagstukken.
