Krijg jij energie van het voorbereiden van complexe werven en het omzetten van plannen naar een feilloze uitvoering? Als werkvoorbereider speel je een onmisbare rol in bouwprojecten rond gebouwtechnieken zoals HVAC en elektriciteit, maar ook infrastructuur zoals laadpleinen, marktpleinen en stations. Je werkt het volledige technische uitvoeringsdossier uit en zorgt ervoor dat plannen, technische fiches en werfplanning perfect op elkaar afgestemd zijn. Daarbij analyseer je dossiers grondig, spoor je optimalisaties op en stem je continu af met werfleiders, projectleiders, tekenaars en de aankoopdienst. Extern onderhoud je contact met studiebureaus, onderaannemers en opdrachtgevers, zodat het werfteam steeds met correcte en volledige informatie aan de slag kan.

Wat zijn jouw taken?

  • Uitwerken en opvolgen van het volledige technische uitvoeringsdossier voor bouwprojecten.
  • Controleren en optimaliseren van plannen, technische fiches en werfplanning.
  • Schakel vormen tussen werfteam, interne diensten en externe partners.
  • Bachelor of ingenieur elektrotechniek, elektromechanica of gelijkaardig.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en besluitvaardig.
  • Oplossingsgericht, klantgericht en kritisch ingesteld.
  • Inlevingsvermogen in de behoeften van opdrachtgevers.
  • Nauwkeurig en stressbestendig met oog voor kwaliteit.
