Technisch werk met toekomst Werkvoorbereider Technisch Beheer MBO 3|4 Ben jij technisch sterk, houd je graag overzicht en zorg je dat alles goed geregeld is? Als Werkvoorbereider Technisch Beheer bij BOS Groep Techniek bereid je werkzaamheden aan technische installaties voor. Je zorgt dat je collega's weten wat er moet gebeuren en goed voorbereid aan het werk kunnen. Je werkt vanuit onze standplaats in Utrecht en stemt werkzaamheden af met monteurs, andere technische collega's, leveranciers en klanten. Je houdt overzicht en zorgt dat de juiste informatie en materialen op tijd beschikbaar zijn. Dit ga je doen AAls werkvoorbereider zorg je dat werkzaamheden binnen Technisch Beheer goed zijn voorbereid. Van een onderhoudsrapport of technische vraag tot de uitvoering: jij brengt in kaart wat er nodig is en regelt dat je collega's verder kunnen. Je gaat onder andere: - onderhoudsrapporten en technische informatie beoordelen en vertalen naar concrete werkzaamheden; - werkzaamheden voorbereiden en plannen; - technische tekeningen en andere informatie controleren; - bepalen welke materialen nodig zijn en deze bestellen; - informatie en afspraken voor de uitvoering duidelijk vastleggen; - afstemmen met monteurs, leveranciers en andere technische collega's; - contact onderhouden met particuliere en zakelijke klanten; - zorgen dat informatie en materialen voor de uitvoering op tijd beschikbaar zijn. Binnen Technisch Beheer werk je met verschillende technische installaties. Daarbij maken we gebruik van de kennis uit de verschillende disciplines van BOS Groep Techniek. Onze engineers en vakmensen werken nauw samen. Zo kunnen we technische oplossingen goed voorbereiden en kennis uit verschillende vakgebieden combineren.
