Over Airvent

Airvent is een toonaangevend bedrijf gespecialiseerd in ventilatie- en luchtbehandelingssystemen. Met oog voor kwaliteit, efficiëntie en maatwerk staan wij dagelijks in voor de productie van technische oplossingen op maat van onze klanten. Ter versterking van ons team 'Maatwerk metaalplaat' zijn wij op zoek naar een productievoorbereider met kennis van Inventor: technisch tekenen, ontvouwingen en 3D inzichten.

Jouw functie

In een team van 15 mensen ben je één van de centrale figuren tussen onze verkopers en onze productieafdeling. Je controleert de technische haalbaarheid van het verkochte maatwerk en je werkt ze verder uit in Inventor naar de mogelijkheden van ons machinepark. Je maakt ontvouwingen van alle stukken en stuurt ze door naar het nestingprogramma waar alle programmatie automatisch verder verloopt. Je staat in nauw contact met de operatoren van de verschillende machines en volgt dit nauwgezet op

Je ontwikkeld dus een sterk inzicht in onze producten, de verschillende productiestappen, vormgeving en ruimtelijk inzicht. Je bent de schakel tussen ontwerp en productie en zorgt ervoor dat onze productie vlot en accuraat verloopt.

Takenpakket:

  • Opstellen en aanpassen van technische tekeningen (2D/3D)
  • Controleren van het AUTOMATISCH programmeren van onze CNC-lasersnijmachine (HACO/CAMduct), waar de nesting en optimalisatie automatisch verloopt
  • Opvolgen van productieorders en ondersteuning bieden aan de werkplaats
  • Technische ondersteuning bieden bij productontwikkeling en maatwerkoplossingen
  • Orders van klanten verwerken en invoeren in ons ERP-pakket
  • Communicatie voeren met klanten om de geplaatste orders te bespreken en de haalbaarheid te checken.
  • Je hebt een diploma in een technische richting (elektromechanica, werktuigkunde, …) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt ervaring met Inventor of CAD-software (bijv. AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CAMduct…)
  • Je hebt affiniteit met CNC-machines en plaatbewerking
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en denkt oplossingsgericht
  • Je bent communicatief en werkt graag samen met productie en engineering
