Jouw taken als werkvoorbereider technische dienst:

  • Je plant en bereidt technische onderhoudswerken voor en volgt ze nauwgezet op, van melding tot uitvoering en nazorg.
  • Je behandelt onderhoudsmeldingen en ondersteunt bij het bepalen van de juiste prioriteiten.
  • Je bewaakt de efficiëntie van het onderhoudsproces en zorgt ervoor dat techniekers goed voorbereid aan de slag kunnen.
  • Je combineert techniek met logistieke planning, risicobeheer en contractopvolging.
  • Je werkt mee aan zowel de dagelijkse planning als de langetermijnplanning, zoals backlogbeheer en periodieke controles.
  • Je rapporteert aan de maintenance manager en stuurt de magazijnier van de technische dienst aan.
  • Kennis en ervaring – Je beschikt minstens over een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Analytisch inzicht – Je kan complexe informatie analyseren, interpreteren en vertalen naar de juiste acties.
  • Planmatig – Je plant werkzaamheden en resources efficiënt in en behoudt vlot het overzicht.
  • Communicatief vermogen – Je communiceert helder met verschillende stakeholders. Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels en kan je uit de slag trekken in het Frans.
  • Probleemoplossend vermogen – Je denkt vooruit, ziet knelpunten tijdig en zoekt proactief naar oplossingen.
  • Rijbewijs - Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
