Vanuit onze afdeling Permanent Placement zoeken we een werkvoorbereider technische dienst voor een direct vast contract bij de gespecialiseerde bakkerijdivisie van een van de grootste privewerkgevers van Belgie (regio Zele/Lokeren).

Ben jij de organisatorische duizendpoot die technisch onderhoud transformeert in een geoliede machine? Vanuit onze afdeling Permanent Placement bieden wij jou een onmiddellijke vaste aanstelling bij een stabiele marktleider in de voedingssector. Als werkvoorbereider technische dienst ben je de onmisbare schakel voor vier productievestigingen in de regio Zele en Lokeren. Jij plant, organiseert en bereidt alle onderhoudsactiviteiten voor, zodat techniekers efficient en veilig aan de slag kunnen. In deze veelzijdige rol rapporteer je direct aan de maintenance manager en geef je leiding aan de magazijnier van de technische dienst. Je krijgt de kans om direct impact te maken op de technische beschikbaarheid en de kwaliteit van onze smaakvolle bakkerijproducten.

  • Je beschikt over minimaal een Bachelor diploma (bijv. Elektromechanica) of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring in technische planning.
  • Je hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen om complexe technische informatie te vertalen naar heldere uitvoeringsplannen.
  • Je bent een organisatorisch talent dat het overzicht behoudt onder druk en vlot schakelt tussen verschillende prioriteiten.
  • Je communiceert effectief in het Nederlands en Engels; een goede basiskennis van het Frans is een belangrijke troef voor contacten met diverse stakeholders.
  • Je bent een proactieve probleemoplosser met een hoog verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel voor veiligheid en kwaliteit.
  • Fungeren als de drijvende kracht achter de planning en voorbereiding van zowel dagelijks onderhoud als lange termijn asset planning.
  • Optreden als "gatekeeper" voor alle onderhoudsmeldingen; jij analyseert de prioriteiten en bewaakt zo de efficientie van het volledige proces.
  • Coordineren van de nodige resources, wisselstukken en externe contractoren, zodat alle middelen tijdig en gestructureerd beschikbaar zijn.
  • Nauw samenwerken met de reliability engineer en de leadtechniekers om de wekelijkse backlog en kwartaalcontroles naadloos te laten verlopen.
  • Rapporteren over de onderhoudskosten, technische beschikbaarheid en veiligheid aan het management, inclusief het tijdig escaleren van knelpunten.
