Ben jij technisch sterk en goed in organiseren? Werk je nu als monteur en ben je toe aan een volgende stap, of heb je al ervaring als werkvoorbereider binnen een technische dienst?

Voor een modern productiebedrijf in de regio Moerdijk zoeken we een Werkvoorbereider Technische Dienst. Een veelzijdige functie waarin je jouw technische kennis combineert met planning, werkvoorbereiding en het verbeteren van het onderhoudsproces.

Je zorgt ervoor dat onderhoudswerkzaamheden goed voorbereid zijn en dat monteurs hun werk efficiënt en veilig kunnen uitvoeren. Tegelijkertijd blijf je dicht bij de techniek en de praktijk op de werkvloer.

De functie Als Werkvoorbereider Technische Dienst ben je verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden, plannen en coördineren van preventief en periodiek onderhoud aan machines, installaties en utilities.

Je zorgt dat materialen, onderdelen, documentatie en externe partijen op tijd beschikbaar zijn. Je bewaakt de voortgang van werkzaamheden en verwerkt de onderhoudsgegevens in SAP.

Daarnaast denk je actief mee over de betrouwbaarheid en beschikbaarheid van het machinepark. Je signaleert verbeterpunten en werkt mee aan technische verbeter- en onderhoudsprojecten.

Je werkt nauw samen met de Maintenance Manager, teamleiders Productie, monteurs en externe leveranciers. Wanneer nodig ondersteun je bij complexe storingen en storingsanalyses.

Ben je een ervaren monteur en wil je doorgroeien naar een functie als werkvoorbereider? Dan is dit ook een interessante mogelijkheid. Je praktische technische ervaring is juist waardevol in deze functie.
