Werkvoorbereider/Tekenaar Verhaegh groeit en onze ambities groeien mee. Met houtbouw als belangrijke groeipijler en het volledige proces steeds meer in eigen huis, zoeken we versterking in ons team. Daarom zoeken we een Werkvoorbereider-Tekenaar die samen met onze projectleiders zorgt dat ieder project technisch goed wordt voorbereid. Wat valt er precies binnen jouw takenpakket? Als Werkvoorbereider-Tekenaar ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen ontwerp en uitvoering. Je zorgt dat tekeningen, planning, materialen en afspraken goed op elkaar aansluiten. - Je werkt bouwkundige tekeningen, details en technische documentatie uit en controleert deze. - Je bereidt projecten voor en zorgt voor een duidelijke planning. - Je vraagt offertes aan, vergelijkt deze en houdt levertijden in de gaten. - Je onderhoudt contact met leveranciers, onderaannemers, opdrachtgevers en collega's. - Je signaleert knelpunten op tijd en denkt mee over praktische oplossingen. - Je ondersteunt de projectleider gedurende het gehele bouwproces. Door de diversiteit van onze projecten is geen dag hetzelfde. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid en de ruimte om mee te denken over hoe we projecten slimmer en beter kunnen aanpakken. Vanuit Grashoek werken we met een hecht team aan uiteenlopende projecten in bouw en houtbouw. We blijven ons ontwikkelen en halen steeds meer kennis en expertise in huis. Zo kunnen we het proces van engineering en tekenwerk tot voorbereiding en uitvoering steeds meer binnen onze eigen organisatie organiseren. Korte lijnen, vakmanschap en samenwerken staan daarbij centraal.
