EVOKE BESTAAT20+ JAAR ! Werkvoorbereider / Modelleur Bouwkunde MBO / HBO (Bachelor) Wat ga je doen? Als Werkvoorbereider / Tekenaar Bouw werk je voor onze opdrachtgever aan verschillende projecten binnen woningbouw, utiliteitsbouw en service & onderhoud. Je zorgt dat bouwprojecten technisch goed worden voorbereid en dat tekeningen en projectinformatie kloppen. Daarbij werk je bouwkundige ontwerpen verder uit en ondersteun je de engineering van projecten. Je controleert tekeningen, stemt materialen en technische oplossingen af en zorgt dat de uitvoering over de juiste informatie beschikt. Ook zoek je bouwkundige vraagstukken uit en signaleer je mogelijke knelpunten voordat de uitvoering start. Je wisselt werkzaamheden op kantoor af met bezoeken aan de bouwplaats. Daardoor houd je goed zicht op de voortgang en de praktische uitvoerbaarheid van jouw voorbereiding. Je werkt met programma's zoals AutoCAD en mogelijk BIM-software om tekeningen en bouwkundige informatie verder uit te werken. Daarnaast heb je contact met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en andere betrokken partijen. Zo draag je bij aan een soepel bouwproces en kwalitatief sterke projecten. Jouw werkzaamheden - Bouwprojecten technisch en organisatorisch voorbereiden; - Bouwkundige tekeningen maken, aanpassen en controleren in AutoCAD en/of BIM-software; - Ontwerpen technisch uitwerken en ondersteunen bij de engineering van projecten; - Materialen, hoeveelheden en technische gegevens controleren en afstemmen; - Bouwkundige vraagstukken uitzoeken en oplossingen vertalen naar praktische uitvoeringsinformatie; - Contact onderhouden met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en andere betrokken partijen; - Bouwplaatsen bezoeken en controleren of tekeningen en voorbereiding aansluiten op de uitvoering; - Knelpunten tijdig signaleren en meedenken over verbeteringen in het bouwproces.
