EVOKE BESTAAT20+ JAAR ! - Werkvoorbereider Telecom Zorg jij graag dat alles op tijd geregeld is? Als werkvoorbereider houd je overzicht over de werkzaamheden aan telecomnetwerken. Je plant monteurs, regelt materialen en vergunningen en houdt contact met verschillende partijen. Jij zorgt dat het werk buiten goed kan beginnen. Wat ga je doen? Een monteur kan pas goed aan het werk wanneer de voorbereiding klopt. Daar ligt jouw verantwoordelijkheid. Je zorgt dat de planning staat, materialen beschikbaar zijn en de juiste informatie bij de monteurs terechtkomt. Je hebt veel contact met monteurs, uitvoerders, de teamleider en andere betrokken partijen. Er verandert iets in de planning of er loopt buiten iets anders dan verwacht? Dan schakel je snel en zoek je naar een oplossing. Je werkt aan de aanleg en uitbreiding van telecomnetwerken in Zuid-Holland. Daarbij houd je niet alleen de planning in de gaten, maar ook de voortgang, kwaliteit en administratie. Je hebt dus een functie waarin organiseren en techniek dagelijks samenkomen. Jouw werkzaamheden - Je maakt samen met de uitvoerder de planning voor de monteurs; - Je houdt bij welke werkzaamheden wanneer uitgevoerd moeten worden; - Je bereidt werkzaamheden en controles op locatie goed voor; - Je regelt materialen en houdt zicht op de beschikbare voorraad; - Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor monteurs wanneer zij vragen hebben; - Je controleert na uitvoering of werkzaamheden en gebruikte materialen correct zijn verwerkt; - Je vraagt vergunningen aan en zorgt dat de benodigde bodemcontroles worden voorbereid; - Je verwerkt gegevens en ondersteunt de teamleider bij administratieve werkzaamheden; - Je houdt de voortgang en resultaten van de werkzaamheden bij; - Je spreekt monteurs aan op afspraken rondom planning, kwaliteit en resultaten.
