Als Werkvoorbereider Telecom zorg jij dat onze huisaansluitingsprojecten (HAS) soepel verlopen. Jij bent de verbindende schakel tussen opdrachtgever, onderaannemers, monteurs en collega's - en draagt zo direct bij aan de aanleg van glasvezel door heel Nederland. Dit ga je doen: - Vast aanspreekpunt zijn voor opdrachtgever Glaspoort tijdens de uitvoering van HAS-projecten. - Plannings afstemmen met onderaannemers, monteurs en opdrachtgever. - Toolboxmeetings organiseren en veiligheid bewaken. - Personeels- en onderaannemersadministratie op orde houden. - Materiaalplanning coördineren en HAS-foto's controleren op kwaliteit. - Knelpunten signaleren en oplossen, klachten afhandelen. - Voortgang, kwaliteit, veiligheid en KPI's bewaken. Word jij dé verbindende factor worden in het glasvezelnetwerk van morgen? Functie-eisen Je voelt je thuis in een rol waarin precisie, overzicht en samenwerking samenkomen. Met 1 tot 3 jaar ervaring in werkvoorbereiding of een vergelijkbare technische omgeving ben jij klaar om verder te groeien in telecom en infrastructuur. - Mbo- of hbo-werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting civiele techniek, telecom of techniek. - Ervaring met werkvoorbereiding, bestekken, contractstukken of offertetrajecten. - Je werkt gestructureerd, accuraat en houdt ook onder tijdsdruk het hoofd koel. - Je schakelt makkelijk tussen verschillende partijen en weet belangen op een heldere manier te verbinden. - Je neemt initia...
