Dan nodigen we je uit om ons Operations‑team te versterken als werkvoorbereider. Functieomschrijving Als Work Preparator PCBA ben je verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden, optimaliseren en ondersteunen van testprocessen in de productie voor zowel nieuwe als bestaande producten binnen de PCBA-productieafdeling. Je werkt nauw samen met processpecialisten en productieteams om een hoge kwaliteit, goede produceerbaarheid en optimale prestaties te waarborgen. Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn: - Voorbereiden en configureren van testmachinebestanden voor PCBA - Samenwerken met ontwerp- en procesteams tijdens productintroducties - Fijn afstellen en optimaliseren van testmachines voor serie- en volumaproductie - Identificeren, analyseren van oorzaken (root cause) en oplossen van productieproblemen (korte-, middellange- en langetermijnoplossingen) - Feedback geven aan ontwerpteams om Design for Manufacturability (DFM) te verbeteren - Initiëren en aansturen van corrigerende maatregelen, procesverbeteringen en kwaliteits- en veiligheidsverbeteringen - Analyseren van trends en implementeren van optimalisaties op het gebied van kwaliteit, output en kosten - Ondersteunen van de dagelijkse productie en zorgen voor het behalen van kwaliteits- en leveringsdoelstellingen Dit ben jij - Bachelor in Elektrotechniek, Elektronica, Mechatronica of een vergelijkbare technische richting - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een technische functie, bij voorkeur...
