Talinta zoekt in opdracht (werving en selectie) voor Interra in Joure een werkvoorbereider/toezichthouder. Als werkvoorbereider zoek je alle zaken uit die benodigd zijn om een werk tot uitvoering te brengen. Als toezichthouder ben jij de ogen en oren buiten op het werk. Je bewaakt kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang van civiele projecten in uitvoering. Je werkt in een omgeving waarin opdrachtgevers (gemeenten en ontwikkelaars) hoge eisen stellen aan uitvoering en waarbij samenwerking met aannemers cruciaal is. **Wat ga je doen?** • Opstellen (RAW) bestekken • Opstellen kostenramingen • Dagelijks toezicht op civiele en groene werken in uitvoering • Controleren van de kwaliteit van de uitvoering • Afstemming met aannemers, projectleiders en directievoerders • Signaleren van afwijkingen en adviseren over oplossingen • Toetsen van planning, veiligheid en omgevingsimpact • Rapporteren en vastleggen van voortgang en opleverpunten **Jouw projecten** Van GWW projecten, tot asfaltvervanging en herinrichting tot complete gebiedsontwikkeling en bouw- en woonrijp maken. **Wie ben jij?** • MBO+/HBO Civiele Techniek of gelijkwaardig • Ervaring in toezicht of uitvoering is een pré • Kennis van RAW/UAV-systematiek • Ervaring met autocad • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden op de bouwplaats • Praktisch, oplossingsgericht en besluitvaardig
