Opdracht De Gemeente Zeist is voor een periode van zes maanden op zoek naar een werkvoorbereider/toezichthouder riolering voor 36 uur per week. De werkvoorbereider/toezichthouder riolering zorgt ervoor dat werkzaamheden aan het rioolstelsel goed worden voorbereid en uitgevoerd. De werkvoorbereider/toezichthouder riolering werkt aan diverse dossiers en fungeert als inhoudelijk sparringpartner voor de operationeel beheerder en regisseur Rioleringen. In verband met piek drukte zoeken wij iemand die tijdelijk deze functie kan invullen. - Ondersteunen van de operationeel beheerder bij het opstellen van Plannen van Eisen en de voorbereiding van aanbestedingen - Het voorbereiden, uitzetten en begeleiden van (klein) onderhoud. - Afhandelen van rioolaanvragen. - Beoordelen van rioolproblemen die door burgers of bedrijven worden gemeld (zoals stank- of wateroverlast) en adviseren over de oplossing - Controleren van (renovatie)werkzaamheden die door aannemers worden uitgevoerd aan het riool, gemalen, randvoorzieningen, kolken en persleidingen. - Zorgen voor een goede afstemming tussen dagelijks beheer en projecten in de openbare ruimte. De werkzaamheden maken integraal onderdeel uit van de reguliere bedrijfsvoering en worden verricht binnen de bestaande organisatiestructuur. De medewerker maakt deel uit van het team, neemt deel aan interne overleggen en werkt onder dagelijkse aansturing van de verantwoordelijke manager.
