Je bereidt complexe utiliteitsprojecten voor en zorgt dat alles klaar is voor de uitvoering. Je werkt zelfstandig en hebt korte lijnen met de projectleiding. - Technische tekeningen uitwerken en materiaallijsten opstellen; - Calculaties controleren en inkoop voorbereiden; - Afstemmen met onderaannemers en leveranciers; - Werkplanningen maken en bewaken.

Je groeit door naar projectleider of specialiseert je in calculatie.

Wat wij vragen: Je beheerst het vak en weet wat er speelt op de bouwplaats. - 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in werkvoorbereiding installatietechniek; - MBO+ werk- en denkniveau; - Kennis van werktuigbouwkundige en elektrotechnische installaties; - Je spreekt en schrijft Nederlands; - Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt overzicht.
