Binnen deze informele organisatie is voldoende ruimte voor eigen initiatief en heb je veel verantwoordelijkheid. De focus ligt op de persoonlijke ontwikkeling van de medewerkers en het vieren van successen. Er wordt gewerkt met BIM en men omarmt het gebruik van 3D modellen en de inzet van LEAN tools vanwege het belang van een vroegtijdige samenwerking tussen de betrokken partijen. De teams zijn open, hecht en sociaal. Functie inhoud In de functie van werkvoorbereider werk je zelfstandig aan de voorbereiding en begeleiding van de aan jou toegewezen utilitaire projecten van begin tot eind. Tot jouw taken behoren onder andere: - Het controleren van gegevens op technische uitvoerbaarheid, regelgeving en wettelijke normen; - Het opstellen en bewaken van voorbereidings- en inkoopschema's; - Het bijhouden van het meer- en minderwerk; - Onderhouden van contacten met de onderaannemers en regelen van de gehele documentenstroom; - Verantwoordelijkheid over de gehele technische werkvoorbereiding.
