Als Werkvoorbereider Vastgoed ben jij degene die onderhouds- en vastgoedprojecten organiseert, voorbereidt en bewaakt. Zo zorg je ervoor dat onze gebouwen veilig, functioneel en klaar voor de toekomst blijven. Wat ga je doen? Als Werkvoorbereider Vastgoed zorg jij ervoor dat het onderhoud en de verbetering van onze gemeentelijke gebouwen goed geregeld zijn. Van sporthallen en gemeentekantoren tot andere maatschappelijke gebouwen: jij zorgt ervoor dat werkzaamheden goed worden voorbereid, gepland en uitgevoerd. Je schakelt dagelijks met aannemers, leveranciers, collega's en gebruikers van onze gebouwen. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van werkzaamheden en houdt overzicht op onderhoudsprojecten. Daarbij denk je mee over hoe we onze gebouwen duurzaam en toekomstbestendig houden. Jouw werkzaamheden in het kort: - Je bereidt onderhouds- en vastgoedprojecten voor en begeleidt deze van plan tot uitvoering. - Je beoordeelt technische tekeningen, van schetsontwerp tot bestek, en vertaalt deze naar praktische onderhoudsplannen voor onze gebouwen. - Je vraagt offertes aan, vergelijkt deze op kwaliteit en prijs en adviseert over de beste aanpak. - Je stemt af met aannemers, leveranciers, beheerders en gebruikers en houdt toezicht op de uitvoering. - Je denkt mee over verduurzaming en verbeteringen van ons vastgoed en ondersteunt bij bestuurlijke besluitvorming, inclusief het opstellen van collegevoorstellen.
