Ze werken landelijk, maar voor deze functie zoeken ze een Werkvoorbereider voor de regio Zuid-Holland. Functie inhoud Samen met je projectteam ben jij als werkvoorbereider verantwoordelijk voor het renoveren, onderhouden en verduurzamen van woningen. Jullie hebben namelijk de belangrijk opgave gekregen om de komende jaren voor meer dan 1000 woningen te verduurzamen! Als Werkvoorbereider Groot Onderhoud mag de gehele technische coördinatie en uitvoering van ontwikkeling tot en met realisatie op je nemen. Je kunt goed samenwerken met meerdere interne afdelingen en weet de juiste prioriteiten te stellen. Jij schakelt actief met alle betrokken partijen. Uiteraard zal jij afhankelijk van je ervaring hierin worden ondersteund door een senior. Functie eisen - Afgeronde bouwkundige opleiding; - Ervaring als werkvoorbereider, tenminste 3 jaar; - Enthousiasteling, iemand die snel kan schakelen en communicatief vaardig is; - Leergierig en een hoog verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel hebben is belangrijk; - Woonachtig in Zuid-Holland.
