Als Werkvoorbereider Verduurzaming & Renovatie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de technische en organisatorische voorbereiding van complexe verduurzamings- en renovatieprojecten. Je fungeert als cruciale schakel tussen de calculatie- en uitvoeringsfase. Met jouw expertise zorg je ervoor dat projecten efficiënt, kosteneffectief en volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen worden voorbereid en uitgevoerd. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, uitvoerders en externe partners om de benodigde materialen, arbeid en middelen optimaal in te plannen. Je takenpakket bestaat uit: - Het uitwerken van technische details en oplossingen voor verduurzamingsprojecten; - Het opstellen en controleren van werktekeningen en productiegegevens; - Het aanvragen en beoordelen van offertes bij leveranciers en onderaannemers; - Het opstellen van werkbegrotingen en het bewaken van projectbudgetten; - Het voorbereiden en bijwonen van bouwvergaderingen; - Het maken van planningen en het coördineren van de logistieke processen; - Het signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten tijdens de voorbereidingsfase; - Het adviseren over duurzame materialen en technieken.
