Als werkvoorbereider villabouw ben je verantwoordelijk voor volgende taken:

  • Verfijnen en controleren van technische plannen, meetstaten en fiches om een foutloze realisatie te garanderen.
  • Coördineren van de volledige inkoop en logistieke opvolging van materialen bij vaste leveranciers.
  • Samenstellen van gedetailleerde uitvoeringsdossiers en duidelijke instructies voor de vakmannen ter plaatse.
  • Ondersteunen van de projectleiders bij technische vraagstukken en uitdagingen tijdens de ruwbouwfase.
  • Bewaken van de vooropgestelde timing en het afstemmen van werkzaamheden met diverse onderaannemers.
  • Handhaven van een strikte kwaliteits- en kostencontrole gedurende het gehele voorbereidingstraject.

Profiel

Als werkvoorbereider villabouw is je profiel omschreven als volgt:

  • Beschikken over minimaal drie jaar relevante ervaring in werkvoorbereiding of een gelijkaardige bouwtechnische rol.
  • Grondige kennis van ruwbouwtechnieken en een sterk inzicht in algemene constructieprocessen.
  • Behaald hoger diploma in de bouwkunde of architectuur, of gelijkwaardig door bewezen expertise in de praktijk.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal met een werkbare basiskennis van het Engels en Frans.
  • Vlotte omgang met softwarepakketten zoals AutoCAD en de standaard MS Office-toepassingen.
  • Zelfstandige werkhouding die getuigt van een scherp oog voor detail en administratieve nauwkeurigheid.
