Je zorgt ervoor dat onderhoudswerkzaamheden, storingen en kleinere projecten aan gebouwgebonden installaties soepel verlopen. Dankzij jouw voorbereiding kunnen alle betrokken partijen efficiënt en veilig aan de slag binnen een complexe technische omgeving. - Opstellen van calculaties, offertes en projectplanningen; - Voorbereiden, coördineren en begeleiden van onderhouds- en modificatiewerkzaamheden; - Afstemmen van prioriteiten met klanten, leveranciers, onderaannemers en collega's; - Verzorgen van materiaalinkoop en vergunningaanvragen; - Opstellen van werkinstructies en bewaken van de voortgang van werkzaamheden; - Verwerken van klachten, wensen, informatieverzoeken en storingsmeldingen; - Opstellen en beheren van opleverdossiers en projectdocumentatie; - Adviseren over technische en financiële haalbaarheid van werkzaamheden; - Opvolgen van acties die voortkomen uit inspecties en onderhoudsrapportages. Wie je bent (of wil worden) - Een mbo 3- of mbo 4-diploma richting werktuigbouwkunde, installatietechniek of elektrotechniek; - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als werkvoorbereider binnen de utiliteit of installatietechniek; - Ervaring binnen een service- en onderhoudsomgeving; - Technisch inzicht en affiniteit met gebouwgebonden installaties; - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een gestructureerde werkwijze; - Voldoende beheersing van de Engelse taal voor het verwerken van meldingen en communicatie; - Een proactieve, stressbestendige en klantgerichte instelling.
