In deze functie speel je een belangrijke rol in de voorbereiding en uitvoering van technische projecten. Jij zorgt ervoor dat monteurs met de juiste materialen, informatie en planning aan de slag kunnen. Nog geen ervaren werkvoorbereider? Geen probleem. Je krijgt de kans om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen en volgt een interne opleiding waarin je stap voor stap wordt opgeleid tot volwaardig werkvoorbereider. Wat ga je doen? Als werkvoorbereider zorg jij ervoor dat projecten van begin tot eind goed zijn voorbereid. Je houdt overzicht, stemt af met verschillende collega's en zorgt ervoor dat alles op het juiste moment geregeld is. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het maken van een realistische forecast rondom doorlooptijd, uren en benodigde materialen. - Afstemmen met de planning, zodat monteurs efficiënt kunnen worden ingezet. - Het bestellen van materialen, zoals installatiematerialen en technische onderdelen. - Het regelen van onder andere steigers en hoogwerkers wanneer dit nodig is. - Contact onderhouden met de technisch tekenaar, zodat monteurs bij de start van hun werkzaamheden beschikken over de juiste tekeningen. - Regelmatig overleggen met de projectleider, montageleider en andere betrokken collega's. - Het nauwkeurig bijhouden van de projectadministratie.
