Als werkvoorbereider Wegenbouw ben je verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding van diverse wegenbouwprojecten. Je stelt zelfstandig calculaties en werktekeningen op voor zowel grote projecten op autorijwegen als kleinere projecten in paden en parken. Je werkt aan de hand van programma's van eisen en plant locatiebezoeken in met interne opdrachtgevers. Je rapporteert maandelijks over de voortgang aan het projectteam en verzorgt de overdracht van projecten, inclusief het bestellen van materialen en het uitzetten van deelopdrachten bij contractpartners. Je richt je op het realiseren van een inhaalslag in de projectvoorbereiding van het groot-onderhoudsprogramma wegen. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Ervaring met financiële of calculatieprogramma's zoals IBIS, OMOP of vergelijkbaar is een pré - Afgeronde mbo4-opleiding in de richting van wegenbouw - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en overtuigingskracht - Kennis van en ervaring met UAV en RAW - Bewustzijn van risico's op het gebied van veiligheid, techniek en planning - Proactieve en resultaatgerichte werkhouding - Kennis van CROW-richtlijnen voor asfaltverhardingen is een pré - Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring met het voorbereiden van asfaltprojecten - Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring als uitvoerder, directievoerder of werkvoorbereider in de wegenbouw - In staat om zelfstandig en in teamverband te werken Direct reageren Projectoverzicht .
