Als Werkvoorbereider Werktuigbouw ben jij de spil tussen engineering en uitvoering. Jij zorgt ervoor dat elk project technisch en logistiek perfect is voorbereid voordat de monteurs de bouwplaats opgaan. Je vertaalt ontwerptekeningen naar werkbare uitvoeringsplannen, bestelt materialen en coördineert met leveranciers, onderaannemers en andere disciplines. Jouw werk zorgt ervoor dat projecten soepel verlopen, binnen budget blijven en op tijd worden opgeleverd. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, engineers en natuurlijk de monteurs op de werkvloer. Door jouw grondige voorbereiding kunnen zij efficiënt werken zonder verrassingen of materiaalstops. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor technische vragen tijdens de uitvoering en lost knelpunten proactief op. Daarnaast houd je de voortgang in de gaten en rapporteer je over de status van projecten. Binnen deze functie krijg je volop ruimte om door te groeien. Het bedrijf investeert in opleidingen en certificeringen, zodat je je kennis van nieuwe technieken zoals warmtepompsystemen, hybride installaties en gebouwautomatisering kunt uitbreiden. Er zijn concrete doorgroeimogelijkheden naar bijvoorbeeld Senior Werkvoorbereider of Projectleider, afhankelijk van jouw ambities en ontwikkeling. Jouw belangrijkste taken: - Uitwerken van technische ontwerpen naar gedetailleerde uitvoeringstekeningen en werkplannen; - Samenstellen van materiaallijsten en inkoop van benodigde componenten en materialen; - Coördineren van leveringen en zorgen voor tijdige beschikbaarheid op de bouwplaats; - Afstemmen met onderaannemers en andere disciplines voor een vlekkeloze planning; - Berekenen van uren en materialen voor offertes en nacalculaties; - Ondersteunen van monteurs met technische informatie en het oplossen van uitvoeringsvraagstukken; - Bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid en plannin
