JS Engineering Standaard Werkvoorbereider Werktuigbouwkundige Installaties Rotterdam Voor een Werkvoorbereider is geen dag hetzelfde. Dat komt niet alleen omdat je te maken hebt met verschillende klanten en projecten. Ook het werk zelf is zeer afwisselend, van letterlijk werken voorbereiden en het calculeren van meer/minderwerk tot en met planning en advies. Je stelt offertes op, bereidt inkoop en uitbesteding voor en maakt technische omschrijvingen voor materialen. Bij technische en organisatorische problemen gebruik je al je kennis en creativiteit, en zorg je dat het wordt opgelost. Je bent eigenlijk een regelneef die de voorwaarden schept voor de uitvoering. Werkzaamheden: - Je werkt planmatig en gestructureerd en verdiept je graag in de werkelijke klantwens; - Het uittrekken van materialen; - Het bestellen van materialen; - Maken van calculaties meer/minderwerk; - Contact met in- en externe partijen; Je hebt gedegen vakkennis van Werktuigbouwkundige installaties en bent op de hoogte van de nieuwste ontwikkelingen hierin. Functie eisen - Je hebt minimaal een MBO-opleiding in de W techniek en tenminste 3 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie; - Flexibele instelling; - Ambitieus; - Goede communicator; - Een goed salaris en uitstekende arbeidsvoorwaarden.
