Midden Nederland - Prostruct Het hoofdkantoor van onze opdrachtgever ligt in het midden van het land. Deze organisatie is al sinds decennia betrokken bij een diversiteit aan Grond-, Weg-, en Waterbouw projecten verspreid over Nederland. Voor de werklocatie in de polder zijn wij op zoek naar een Senior Werkvoorbereider Infra. Jouw nieuwe uitdaging: Als Senior Werkvoorbereider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de werkvoorbereiding, het calculeren, inplannen en op- en afleveren van wegenbouwkundige projecten. Als echte spin in het web ben jij een schakel tussen zowel interne als externe stakeholders. Communiceren en schakelen op verschillende niveaus is jouw dan ook op het lijf geschreven. Je komt terecht in een team met ambitieuze, enthousiaste collega's die voor een deel junior zijn. Wij zijn op zoek naar een senior werkvoorbereider die zijn collega's coachend en constructief naar een hoger niveau kan brengen. Het leveren van een optimale en tijdige projectuitvoering tegen minimale kosten volgens de meest effectieve en efficiënte werkmethodes; Opstellen en bewaken van werk- en tijdsplanningen van projecten en andere afdelingen hierover actief informeren; Opstellen van keuringsformulieren en dossiers; Aanvragen van offertes; Zorgen dat materieel, goederen en diensten gewaarborgd zijn; Plannen en bestellen /inhuren van benodigd materiaal; Controleren van tekeningen; Uitwerken van meer-/minderwerk en zorg dragen voor een correcte afhandeling; Opstellen van calculaties; Geeft advies over mogelijke alternatieven en optimalisaties t.b.v. de werkvoorbereiding; Het toetsen van de werkvoorbereiding aan contractstukken, wetgeving op het gebied van kwaliteit, veiligheid en milieu; Het aanvragen van vergunningen en verwerken van meldingen (o.a. KLIC); Het actief coachen en ontwikkelen van junior werkvoorbereiders; Het onderhouden van contact met de opdrachtgevers om de voortgang van de projecten te bewaken; Het bijhouden van de financiële voortgang v...
