Als Werkvoorbereider Wonen ben jij de spil tussen ontwerp en uitvoering. Je zorgt ervoor dat elk project perfect is voorbereid voordat de eerste schop de grond in gaat. Je duikt in de tekeningen, rekent de materialen uit, plant de werkzaamheden en zorgt dat alles klaarstaat voor het uitvoerende team. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, uitvoerders, tekenaars en onderaannemers om ervoor te zorgen dat projecten op tijd, binnen budget en volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen worden opgeleverd. Je taken en verantwoordelijkheden omvatten: - Het uitwerken van bestekken en technische tekeningen tot uitvoeringsgereed niveau; - Het maken van gedetailleerde werk- en materialenplanningen voor woningbouwprojecten; - Het aanvragen van offertes bij leveranciers en onderaannemers en het maken van vergelijkingen; - Het opstellen van calculaties en begrotingen voor nieuwbouwprojecten; - Het verzorgen van de technische overdracht naar de uitvoering en het begeleiden van de opstart; - Het bewaken van de voortgang tijdens de bouwfase en het signaleren van knelpunten; - Het onderhouden van contact met architecten, constructeurs en adviseurs.

Daarnaast investeert de organisatie actief in de ontwikkeling van haar medewerkers. Je krijgt de mogelijkheid om opleidingen te volgen op het gebied van BIM, duurzaam bouwen of projectmanagement. Voor ambitieuze werkvoorbereiders liggen er kansen om door te groeien naar een rol als senior werkvoorbereider of projectleider.
