Samen met het projectteam ben je verantwoordelijk voor een vlekkeloze uitvoering van één of meerdere projecten. Of het nu gaat om conceptueel ontwikkelde woningen of appartementen, jouw doel is om bij te dragen aan het creëren van gelukkige leefomgevingen. Je vervult een sleutelrol door het procesmatig en technisch coördineren van het voorbereidingstraject van jouw project(en). Functie eisen Wat maakt jou geschikt voor deze rol? Nauwkeurigheid, heldere communicatie en een klantgerichte houding zitten in jouw DNA. Je bent creatief en innovatief, altijd op zoek naar verbeteringen in prijs, planning of kwaliteit. Deadlines en tijdsdruk schrikken je niet af; integendeel, je gedijt erin en werkt graag samen met anderen om het beste resultaat te behalen.
