Ben jij een ervaren werkvoorbereider die zijn vak kent en op zoek is naar een werkgever die doet wat hij zegt? Solliciteer en ontdek of deze functie bij je past.

Als werkvoorbereider ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de technische en administratieve voorbereiding van bouwprojecten. Je zorgt ervoor dat tekeningen, bestekken en calculaties kloppen voordat de uitvoering begint. Je werkt nauw samen met de projectleider, uitvoerders en onderaannemers, en bewaakt de planning en het budget. Je hebt overzicht, denkt mee over uitvoerbaarheid en signaleert tijdig waar aanpassingen nodig zijn. Jouw taken omvatten: - Het uitwerken van bestekken, tekeningen en werkomschrijvingen voor nieuwbouw- en renovatieprojecten; - Het aanvragen van vergunningen en het verzorgen van de benodigde documentatie; - Het maken van calculaties en het bewaken van de begroting; - Het inplannen van materieel, materiaal en onderaannemers; - Het onderhouden van contact met leveranciers, adviseurs en toezichthouders; - Het signaleren van risico's en het voorstellen van oplossingen; - Het overdragen van projecten aan de uitvoering en het begeleiden van de opstart.

Je werkt zelfstandig, maar altijd in overleg met het team. Er wordt verwacht dat je meedenkt over de haalbaarheid van plannen en dat je zorgt voor een realistische planning. Je hebt de ruimte om je werk naar eigen inzicht in te richten, zolang de kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid gewaarborgd blijven.
