Als Werkvoorbereider Woningbouw ben jij de spil tussen tekentafel en bouwplaats. Jij zorgt ervoor dat elk project technisch en logistiek perfect voorbereid de uitvoeringsfase ingaat. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, uitvoerders, onderaannemers en leveranciers om ervoor te zorgen dat materialen op tijd aanwezig zijn, tekeningen kloppen en de planning haalbaar is. Jij bent degene die voorkomt dat de uitvoering stil komt te liggen omdat iets niet goed is voorbereid. Je analyseert bestekken en tekeningen, stelt gedetailleerde werkplanningen op en zorgt voor de juiste inkoop van materialen en onderaannemers. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het maken van calculaties, het aanvragen van vergunningen en het bewaken van de begroting. Veiligheid staat bij jou voorop: je stelt veiligheids- en kwaliteitsplannen op en zorgt dat iedereen op de bouwplaats veilig kan werken. Ook denk je mee over innovatieve bouwmethoden en duurzame oplossingen die passen bij de ambities van het bedrijf. Jouw werkzaamheden in het kort: - Analyseren van bestekken, tekeningen en contracten; - Opstellen van gedetailleerde werkplanningen en calculaties; - Inkoop en contractering van materialen en onderaannemers; - Bewaken van budgetten en zorgen voor kostenbewustzijn; - Opstellen van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsplannen (V&G-plannen); - Aanvragen van benodigde vergunningen en ontheffingen; - Afstemmen met projectleiders, uitvoerders en externe partijen; - Meedenken over innovatieve en duurzame bouwoplossingen.
