Voor deze regionale bouwer zoeken wij een ervaren werkvoorbereider die zich gaat focussen op zowel grondgebonden als gestapelde woningbouwprojecten. Je komt terecht in een dynamisch team van werkvoorbereiders. Op de afdeling ontferm jij je over de volgende taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Het maken van planningen - Het opstellen van contracten met leveranciers en onderaannemers - Het maken van bouwverslagen en opleveringsrapporten - Het controleren van tekeningen (zowel CAD als BIM) - Het bewaken van het gehele traject en een heldere verslaggeving hiervan Daarnaast ben je meerdere malen per week op de project locatie. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Een afgeronde bouwkundige opleiding op minimaal mbo niveau - Een aantal jaren werkervaring in een vergelijkbare rol (en bij voorkeur op vergelijkbare projecten) - In het bezit van rijbewijs B en VCA Functieoverzicht . Opleidingsniveau HBO Aanbod: - - Een marktconform salaris wat past bij jouw werkervaring en kennisniveau (€ 4000,- tot € 5000,- bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur per week. - Goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden conform de cao bouw & infra UTA - Praktische zaken zoals een telefoon, laptop en (elektrische)leaseauto staan op de eerste dag al voor je klaar. - Uitzicht op een vaste aanstelling na afloop van de detacherinsperiode.
