Als werkvoorbereider ben jij de spil tussen ontwerp en uitvoering. Jij zorgt ervoor dat elk project technisch en organisatorisch perfect is voorbereid voordat de eerste schop de grond in gaat. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, uitvoerders, tekenaars en onderaannemers om ervoor te zorgen dat alles klopt: van bestektekeningen tot materiaalbestellingen, van planning tot begroting. Jouw werkzaamheden zijn gevarieerd en uitdagend. Je duikt in de tekeningen, controleert of alles uitvoerbaar is en signaleert tijdig knelpunten. Je stelt gedetailleerde werkplannen op, maakt calculaties en zorgt dat alle benodigde vergunningen en documenten op orde zijn. Ook ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aanvragen van offertes bij onderaannemers en leveranciers, waarna je deze beoordeelt en adviseert over de beste keuzes. Kortom: jij legt de basis voor een vlekkeloze uitvoering. Daarnaast krijg je de kans om mee te denken over procesverbeteringen en innovaties. Het bedrijf staat open voor nieuwe ideeën en stimuleert medewerkers om hun kennis en creativiteit in te zetten. Wil je bijvoorbeeld meer leren over prefabbouw of houtbouw? Dan krijg je alle ruimte om je hierin te verdiepen en door te groeien naar een rol als senior werkvoorbereider of projectleider. De organisatie investeert actief in opleidingen en cursussen, zodat je jezelf continu kunt blijven ontwikkelen. Jouw taken in het kort: - Technische uitwerking van bestektekeningen en werktekeningen; - Opstellen van gedetailleerde werkplanningen en calculaties; - Aanvragen en beoordelen van offertes bij onderaannemers en leveranciers; - Controleren van tekeningen op uitvoerbaarheid en signaleren van knelpunten; - Zorgen voor tijdige beschikbaarheid van materialen en materieel; - Afstemming met projectleiders, uitvoerders en andere disciplines; - Bijdragen aan procesoptimalisatie en innovati
