Functie inhoud In de functie van werkvoorbereider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding van de aan jou toegewezen woningbouwprojecten. Je coördineert en controleert daarbij tekeningen van de architect, constructeur, leveranciers en onderaannemers. Daarnaast neem je deel aan bouwvergaderingen en werkbesprekingen. In je dagelijks werk, heb je nauw contact met de inkoop en uitvoering, om zo de gestelde doelen te halen. Tevens draag je zorg voor de complete voorbereiding van het woningbouwproject en bewaak je de kosten. Functie eisen - Afgeronde MBO- /HBO Bouwkunde opleiding of gelijkwaardig - Aanvullende opleidingen op het gebied van werkvoorbereiding organisatie - Minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare ervaring in de werkvoorbereiding organisatie (woningbouw) - Affiniteit met automatisering, digitalisering innovatie, zoals BIM Lean - Brede kennis van bouwprocessen en -techniek; - In staat goed te plannen en het overzicht te houden; - Een positieve kijk op het leven; Geboden wordt - Een salaris en arbeidsvoorwaarden conform de cao Bouw Infra; - Een arbeidsovereenkomst voor onbepaalde tijd; - Een uitdagende en verantwoordelijke baan bij een toonaangevend bouwbedrijf; - Een informele werksfeer binnen een hecht team; - Veel doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen de organisatie; - Veel leuke en gezellige momenten met je collega's; Over Propylon Logo PropylonLogo Propylon In de Griekse bouwkunst is Propylon de monumentale ingang van een tempel of tempelcomplex.
