Bij Heijmans Woningbouw BV Zuid (Rosmalen) krijg je de kans om te werken aan projecten die direct impact hebben op de leefomgeving. Als Werkvoorbereider ben jij een belangrijke schakel tussen ontwerp, voorbereiding en uitvoering. Je zorgt ervoor dat op de bouwplaats alles goed is voorbereid: van tekeningen en planningen tot materialen, leveranciers en onderaannemers. Je werkt voornamelijk aan renovatie- en verduurzamingsprojecten binnen appartementencomplexen en woonwijken in Zuid-Nederland. Daarbij krijg je te maken met de dynamiek van bestaande bouw en regelmatig met situaties waarin bewoners tijdens de werkzaamheden in hun woning blijven wonen. Dat vraagt om een goede voorbereiding, duidelijke communicatie en het vermogen om vooruit te denken. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de uitvoering niet voor verrassingen komt te staan. Wat ga je doen? - Je controleert en beoordeelt tekeningen, rapportages, technische gegevens en planningen en stuurt bij waar nodig. - Je coördineert de samenwerking met architecten, onderaannemers, leveranciers en andere betrokken partijen. - Je zorgt ervoor dat materialen en diensten tijdig en volgens afspraak beschikbaar zijn. - Je stelt voorbereidingsplanningen op en bewaakt de voortgang en kwaliteit. - Je ondersteunt het uitvoeringsteam bij een veilige, efficiënte en kwalitatief goede uitvoering. - Je denkt actief mee over duurzame en toekomstbestendige oplossingen. - Je signaleert knelpunten voordat ze problemen worden en komt met praktische oplossingen. - Je zorgt dat de uitvoerin...
