Werk jij graag aan grootschalige woningbouwprojecten en wil je een belangrijke rol spelen in de voorbereiding van complete woonwijken en appartementencomplexen? Als Werkvoorbereider Woningbouw zorg je ervoor dat projecten technisch, organisatorisch en logistiek tot in detail kloppen, zodat de uitvoering soepel en efficiënt verloopt. Jij hebt direct invloed op de kwaliteit, planning en voortgang van projecten met tientallen tot honderden woningen. Wat ga je doen?Als Werkvoorbereider Woningbouw ben je verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding van grootschalige woningbouwprojecten voor onze opdrachtgever. Je werkt aan projecten zoals complete woonwijken met 50 tot 150 woningen en appartementengebouwen tot circa 100 appartementen. Je controleert en coördineert bouwtekeningen, bewaakt de planning en zorgt dat materialen en informatie tijdig beschikbaar zijn. Daarbij schakel je intensief met projectleiders, uitvoerders en ketenpartners om het bouwproces soepel te laten verlopen. Wat deze functie interessant maakt, is de combinatie van schaal, structuur en continuïteit. Je werkt aan seriematige woningbouwprojecten waarbij conceptmatig bouwen en standaardisatie een belangrijke rol spelen. Hierdoor kun je actief bijdragen aan efficiëntere processen, hogere bouwsnelheid en betere kwaliteit. Binnen een grote en stabiele aannemer krijg je veel ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen en door te groeien. Jouw werkzaamheden Opstellen en bewaken van planningen binnen woningbouwprojecten; Controleren en coördineren van werktekeningen en BIM-modellen; Voorbereiden en organiseren van inkoop en materiaalstromen; Afstemmen met projectleiders, uitvoerders en ketenpartners; Signaleren van risico’s en optimaliseren van bouwprocessen; Bewaken van voortgang, kwaliteit en kosten Wat heb jij in huis? Mbo-opleiding in de richting bouwkunde; Ervaring met werkvoorbereiding binnen woningbouw; Kennis van BIM, Revit of vergelijkbare systemen; Inzicht in seriematige bouw en bouwprocessen; Goede commun.
