Als ervaren werkvoorbereider vorm je de cruciale schakel tussen het voortraject en de daadwerkelijke uitvoering van bouwprojecten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het technisch en organisatorisch voorbereiden van diverse woning- en utiliteitsbouwprojecten. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, calculators en uitvoerders om ervoor te zorgen dat alle projecten soepel verlopen, vanaf de aanbesteding tot en met de oplevering. Je houdt je bezig met het opstellen van werkplanningen, het aanvragen van vergunningen en het coördineren van onderaannemers. Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Het uitwerken van technische details en werktekeningen; - Het opstellen en bewaken van projectplanningen; - Het tijdig bestellen en aanleveren van materialen en materieel; - Het selecteren en aansturen van onderaannemers; - Het voorbereiden van bouwvergaderingen en opstellen van verslagen; - Het bewaken van de kwaliteit, planning en budgetten; - Het signaleren en oplossen van technische knelpunten tijdens de voorbereidingsfase.

Je ontwikkeling staat binnen deze functie centraal. Je krijgt de kans om je technische kennis verder te verdiepen door specialistische trainingen, bijvoorbeeld op het gebied van BIM en duurzaam bouwen. Ook kun je doorgroeien naar de functie van senior werkvoorbereider of projectleider, waarbij je steeds grotere en complexere projecten onder je hoede krijgt.
