Als werkvoorbereider WTB werk je in het projectteam van onze vestiging in Zwolle. Je ondersteunt de projectleider en bent een vaste kracht binnen de afdeling. Je ontwerpt en tekent werktuigbouwkundige installaties (Stabicad/BIM) en bestelt materialen voor de projecten. De projecten gaan vooral over woningen, appartementen, zorg en kleine utiliteit. Je begeleidt het werk van ontwerp tot oplevering en bent een aanspreekpunt voor leveranciers en collega's. Jij zorgt dat de projecten soepel verlopen. Wie je bent (of wil worden): Je kijkt niet naar problemen maar naar oplossingen. Je hebt technisch inzicht en een sterke interesse in het vak. Je blijft graag leren en werkt met enthousiasme. Je stelt je flexibel op en je hebt een klantgerichte houding. Daarnaast beschik je over: - Een opleiding op minimaal mbo-4 niveau. - Enkele jaren ervaring als werkvoorbereider. - Een geldig VCA certificaat. - Een rijbewijs B. - Bereidheid tot het volgen van aanvullende opleidingen.
