Organisatie Onze opdrachtgever is een wereldwijd toonaangevend bedrijf actief in de productie van luxe jachten. Binnen de organisatie zijn tal van disciplines aanwezig, van Engineering tot Productie en Finance. Je werkt in een omgeving waar je direct zicht hebt op het eindproduct. De afdeling Werktuigbouw bestaat uit ongeveer 80 medewerkers. Zij zijn verantwoordelijk voor het produceren, installeren en in bedrijf stellen van scheepswerktuigbouwkundige systemen, zoals watersystemen, hydraulische systemen, afwatering- en drinkwatersystemen. Functie Als Werkvoorbereider WTB - Jachtbouw vertaal je projectmanagement-, procurement- en engineeringsoutput naar een optimaal productieproces. Denk hierbij aan de materialen, de gereedschappen en benodigde informatie. Je bent de spil tussen Engineering, Projectmanagement, Procurement en Productie. Werkzaamheden zijn: Overzicht maken van alle onderdelen en materialen die nodig zijn voor productie, op basis van tekeningen en plannen; Analyseren van engineeringsoutput voor overdracht naar productie; Samenstellen van werkpakketten met materialen en onderdelen; Uitbesteden van werkzaamheden en bewaken van kwaliteit bij leveranciers; Klaarzetten van materiaal en toevoegen van werkinstructies; Rapporteren over voortgang en afstemmen met collega’s en leidinggevende; Uitvoeren van analyses op productieresultaten en voorstellen doen voor verbeteringen. Functie-eisen Als Werkvoorbereider Werktuigbouwkunde beschik jij over: MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau met Werktuigbouwkundige achtergrond; Kennis van technische specificaties en producten het liefst binnen de maritieme wereld; Meerdere jaren relevante werkervaring binnen een projectgestuurde organisatie in de maakindustrie; Scheepsbouwkundig inzic

en kennis van werkvoorbereidingsprocedures; Tekening lezen en 3D-modellen; Goed kunnen communiceren met alle betrokken partijen; Duidelijk prioriteiten kunnen stellen in het werk. Aanbod Als Werkvoorbereider WTB - Jachtbouw kun je rekenen op een aantrekkelijk arbeidsvoorwaardenpakket: Een bruto maandsalaris tussen €3.500,- en €5.200,-; Mogelijkheid om 32 uur per week te werken en in overleg zijn er flexibele werktijden en hybride werken is bespreekbaar; 40 vrije dagen per jaar; Het betreft een functie voor in ieder geval een jaar met de mogelijkheid tot een vaste functie; Binnen het bedrijf zijn er voldoende mogelijkheden om je verder te ontwikkelen.
