Proces Technologie Werkvoorbereider / Projectleider Projecten van A tot Z coördineren met praktische inslag. Bij SLB Group zoeken we een technische verbinder met overzicht, inzicht en daadkracht. Als werkvoorbereider & projectleider zorg jij dat alle voorbereidingen tot in de puntjes geregeld zijn en stuur jij projecten aan van begin tot eind. Of het nu gaat om een doseersysteem in een zuivelfabriek of een complete installatie. Dit ga je doen Je vervult een combinatierol tussen werkvoorbereiding en projectleiding. De grootste focus ligt daarbij op werkvoorbereiding. Je houdt je bezig met de werkvoorbereiding van je eigen projecten. Je zorgt voor de juiste inkoopadviezen, doet finetuning op detailplanning, controleert tekeningen, print deze uit en schakelt met je collega's op de werkvloer. Ondertussen houd je de voortgang scherp in de gaten. Zie je een risico aankomen? Dan grijp jij in. Je bespreekt het met je leidinggevende en zet de eerste acties uit. Zo houden we samen het project op koers. Bij projectleiding ben je betrokken van offertefase tot oplevering en ben je dé coördinator tussen klant en collega's van onder andere techniek, commercie, bedrijfsbureau en productie. Ook bewaak je het budget, de planning en de scope. Belangrijkste taken: - Het geven van de juiste inkoopadviezen; - Controleren en uitprinten van tekeningen; - Het uitwerken van de detailplanning; - Dagelijks schakelen met interne teams over meerdere afdelingen, aanwezig zijn op de productievloer en samenwerken in het team bedrijfsbureau; - Signaleren van afwijkendheden, doen van twee ogen controle en productiemappen aanpassen vanaf feedback van collega's van productie; - Voortgang, uren en kosten bewaken en rapporteren. "Ik hou van reuring. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Het regelen, het overzicht houden, klantcontact… Dat maakt het leuk.
